Delete Your Instagram Data from CTopia

What gets deleted

When you request Instagram data deletion, CTopia removes all Instagram-derived data we hold, including:

• Your Instagram PlatformConnection (profile, sync state, DM sync checkpoints)
• Instagram content imported into CTopia (media, captions, thumbnails, metrics)
• API-verified Instagram metric history (followers, views, engagement)
• Instagram direct messages synced into CTopia
• Instagram-derived fields on your creator profile (handle, URL, follower counts, engagement rate)

What is NOT deleted

This request only removes Instagram-derived data. The following are preserved:

• Your Instagram account (this does not affect your Instagram account itself)
• Your CTopia account and creator profile (non-Instagram fields remain)
• Contracts, invoices, and campaigns
• Manually created CRM relationships and contacts
• Other platform integrations (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Manually entered metrics and screenshot evidence

How to initiate deletion

1. 1Go to your Instagram settings → Apps and Websites (or Meta Account Center → Connected experiences).
2. 2Find CTopia in the list of connected apps and select Remove.
3. 3Meta will automatically send CTopia a data deletion request. We process it immediately and you'll receive a confirmation code.
4. 4Use the confirmation code below to check the status of your deletion request at any time.
